Compare both sheet data and find the difference

Dear Experts,

I want to compare with both the sheets of employees data based on employee number where there is around 3000 employees and I want to know the difference who has been added or deleted between these two sheets.

I have attached the worksheet for your reference

Hi Dilipandey,

Sorry, when I double click the formula in the same sheet nothing is displayed. It shows blank, kindly help me to solve this issue and I need to copy the formula for other sheet which has huge data.

You mean you are not able to copy formula from the attachment I uploaded... try copying the formula from formula bar. thanks.

I can copy the formula from the bar and paste the same to the same sheet and other sheet, but it is not displaying the result.

are you entering the formula with ctrl shift enter key combination...

If Barieq wanted to delete any employee that did not appear in both worksheets how would he do so?

That would have no effect here because anyways that employee is not there in our tracking sheets

.. its like if I delete(remove) one apple from a basket full of oranges - (i.e., basket did not had oranges so No Effect ) . Thanks.
