Creating a calendar in Excel

Hi, happy new year to everyone

Does anyone know how to create a calendar in Excel? The calendar should be the complete 2013 calendar. I should like to enter either a background colour or a note in each date and the calendar should be printable.

I am using Excel 2007.

Hope someone can advise.
