automatic updating score table

Hi i'm new to using excel and was wondering if annybody could help me with my problem.
I would like to make a score table that when you enter a number the person with the most points is on top of the table.

In the attachment you can find the layout.

In your table, are the points cumulative or is each date have its own score. Does most points mean latest date most points or cumulative most points?

Just refresh the pivot table after adding new info.

After that just sort column Totaal (in the pivot table) from Z to A.

Then you get the new updated score.

sorry but i'm really new to this, but could you explain what i need to pres to refresh the pivot table, and thank you for the file it's exactly what i wanted :D

Excel 2007 data => refresh

Excel 2007 data => sort Z to A (if you stand in the pivot table in the column Totaal)

Dutch
Excel 2007 gegevens => allles vernieuwen

Excel 2007 gegevens => sorteren van Z naar A
