Single Data Entry for Multiple Cells

My document is attached. I am running a football pool and looking for a way to only have to enter a number one time for multiple cells. For example, every time the word "Smith" appears throughout the spreadsheet, I want the number "4" to be in the WC column or to the right of it. It's a difficult problem to explain, but I'm looking for a way to save myself some time as there are alot entries to key in. Thanks.
