How to format dynamic print area to keep cells on same page on print out

    Happy New Year Everyone!

Can anyone please point me in a direction to solve this problem? I use excel (2011 for mac) to create playback logs that I use for live tv shows I do. Each item can take anywhere from 5-15 rows for the data and is not consistant. What is consistant is a border around each item. I'll attached a sample... Anyway, the idea is that each page prints out with complete items and not part of an item on the prior page and part on next page.

    Thank you for any suggestions.

    Marty:

I've had that kind of problem and just defined my print range so that the largest amount of data can be printed on a single print. Given that, any report with a lesser amount of data will surely print ok.

    HTH.

Thank you Bob. I think my problem is a bit different. On average 7-10 items will print per page. What I'm trying to do is to find a way to have each group of rows stay together on the same printed page. My goal is to keep each group of rows (outlined by borders) to remain together. thx. marty
