Resetting a formula every 43 rows

I would like to find the standard deviation of many numbers in column b. I Cannot just drag down the formula because I need it to reset it every 43 cells, for each new group. Is it possible to write the formula so that it resets it self?

Help is greatly appreciated thank you.
