How do I create dynamic dropdown lists...

I viewed your video, and there where still empty spaces in the second list. They were all at the end, and would have been easily avoided by doing the indirect and having it count the non-blank cells and returning just that many values... My example above is a little more tricky than that because based on your first drop down selection, it filters through the list and leaves all of it's spaces scattered throughout the list. I'm thinking I might "have" to do a macro to apply a filter to the data table at the bottom to only show the relevant rows and then pull the list from there using count... I'm not good with macros though for one, and for two I want to be able to share this sheet with friends and not have to require them to allow a sheet with a macro (sharing those doesn't always work well).
