Deleting Indexes

Hello everyone,

I want to make a Table with 4 products, which can produce in 4 month. But I need to diference beetwen 2 Branche A and B.
How could such a Table might look?

How can I delete the indexes in the Excel Table?

I dont want A2 A3 A4....

I need only A B, A B.
