Conditional Formatting Formula Syntax Assistance

Hi,

Can anyone please advise me of the Formula Syntax I require in order to use Conditional

Formatting to colour a cell if any of the two scenarios are true i.e.


(a) If today’s date = the date in cell 'F1' and the name in column 'E' is = to 'Bob' and
there is a number in the corresponding cell in column 'F' I want to be able to use Conditional
Formatting to colour the cell i.e. red on yellow


(b) If today’s date = the date in cell 'F1' and the name in column 'E' is = to 'Anita' and
there is a number in the corresponding cell in column 'F' I want to be able to use Conditional
Formatting to colour the cell i.e. red on yellow

(c) If there are no values in column 'F' then do nothing


please see attached workbook where I have given an example of 'Without CF' and 'With CF'

Anny assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated
