PDF table to Excel

Hello all! I need to export a table found in a PDF to Excel. NOTE: I DO NOT HAVE ADOBE ACROBAT PRO AS THIS IS EXPENSIVE. I have attached a sample file that I need to export. I have many of these files, so simply copying and pasting each column individually using "Alt+select" is not an option.

Are their any free Excel Add-Ins I could use? That aren't just free trials? I feel like Microsoft intentionally made it difficult to copy from PDF to Excel lol.

again...I would rather not rely on trial software for this because I have many files to do this for. Any other ideas?
