Converting Table to Range, Then Back to Table

    Lightbulb Converting Table to Range, Then Back to Table

    When I take a table and convert it into a range, and then select the data and try to create a new table in a different color, it will not show the colors or any of the formatting. Now after I create the new table, if I select all of the data and remove all of the fill color, then it will show the colors of the new table.

    Does anyone know why it wont just take the format of the new table without removing the fill?

    if you right click on the Table Styles it brings up a menu
    select Apply and clear Formatting, this will clear the current formatting and replace it with the formatting of the Table Style you want
