Hi guys,
I was wondering if anyone out there could help me with my query. I only have basic knowledge of excel.
I am trying to build a Project Labour tracking sheet and would like to create a consolidated (monthly) view of labour spent over the life of the project.
I have created attached sample sheet to explain it more clearly.
Is it possible to have month by month view of individual teams for actual and forecast tracking in Proj Summary tab?
