Scroll Bars and Worksheet Tabs Only Showing in Full Screen Mode

For a certain excel sheet the scroll bars and worksheet tabs are only showing in full screen mode. I also don't have access to the minimize button for the individual worksheet for this worksheet, but this problem does not happen in any other worksheets. Any ideas? This is a new issue for this worksheet.

I tried those before posting, but that you. I used ctrl + F9 to minimize it and then finally the bar showed for maximize or show minimized. I hit minimized and it worked. Thank you for the help.
