Create a formatting "template" that applies to all new sheets?

I am creating a sheet that has specifed column widths, numbered columns and general formatting for appearance for 1 user to fill out like a list. Now that I have the formatting set I would like to make it so that every time she clicks to add a sheet to the workbook, that formatting automatically applies to the new sheet. How do I do that? Is it a template I need to create? Any help would be appreciated.

I would suggest Creating a tab called "Template". When you want to create a new tab, you simply right-click the "template" tab, copy it, and rename it.
Please click the * icon below if I have helped.
