Red face How to find the unique value and display it in relevant cell

I have a list of 7 values which are all '0' except for one of them. The different values are displayed below:

    06:00-08:00
    08:00-10:00
    10:00-12:00
    12:00-14:00
    14:00-16:00
    16:00-18:00
    20:00-22:00

Only one of these values will be displayed within the 7 cells but can change position if a selection from a list changes.

The current situation looks like this:
    0
    0
    0
    0
    0
    16:00-18:00
    0

i want 16:00-18:00 to be selected from the list and placed in the cell P15. but the different value can be higher in the list or lower or even change to a different value

    Thankyou

Asuming your data is in A2:A8, try this array formula, confirm with Ctrl+Shift+Enter, not just Enter.

it doesnt seem to be working,

my list is in the cells L22:L28

would it help to make a list of the possible data as in:

    06:00-08:00
    08:00-10:00
    10:00-12:00
    12:00-14:00
    14:00-16:00
    16:00-18:00
    20:00-22:00

and then see if one of them matches with a number in the list column that contains 6 zeros and then one of them numbers and then display it in a cell?

I'm not sure where your coming from.

See if this workbook, reflects your data, and returns the correct result.

Remember that these are CSE array formulae.

You must confirm them with Ctrl+Shift+Enter, not just Enter.
