Extract info for Various Departments

Hello,

Can someone help please

I need to extract info from a database for a number of variables (departments). The attached spreadsheet detail the department in cell B3 separated by commas, however Ithis is not working and I need to do something else - suggestions welcome

I think that you need to use the SUM function if you are trying to add the referenced items.

Okay Maddy.. and from where you need those information? I did not found any database (or an extract of that ) ?
