Extracting Column Info

It's been a while since my last post and I do have another problem at hand.

Currently, I am working on a project that has a Quality Assurance team entering information found on "Tickets" - another word for address information. Some of these tickets have street addresses which have been added in a odd way, but I will do my best to describe the situation and planned solution.

I have 12 columns (AB, AC, AD, AE, AF, AG, AH, AI, AJ, AK, AL, AM) [SET 1] all of which have information in it. I also have columns 12 columns (AO, AP, AQ, AR, AS, AT, AU, AV, AW, AX, AY, AZ) [SET 2] with information in it. I need to move the contents of SET 1 to the columns in SET 2. Problem is the information can't be copy and pasted, it must be moved over there without damaging the information in the columns of SET 2.

Maybe a Macro, not too sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
