I have inherited a spreadsheet with a column that has the expiration date, (column M), and 4 other columns (columns N, O, P, and Q) to enter possible outcomes before the expiration date. I need conditional formatting to highlight all dates in column M that are 10 days from expiring, ONLY when the cells beside it in columns N, O, P AND Q are empty. Thanks in advance!
Select the entire range ( from M1 to Q1000, say ) and apply this CFformat as needed

Pepe Le Mokko, that almost worked, but was able to edit it for my needs. Thanks for your help. FWIW, here's my edited code:
Turns out sometimes the date was never filled in the M column, so I needed to add $M1<>"" to not highlight those. And today()<=$M1 from the original code was causing it to highlight only those contracts nearing expiration, instead of including expired and expiring contracts.
