It it one time exercise, copy - paste will do
Else you can record a macro to do this everytime ..

It may be a formula cell use Alt+E+S+V to paste it as values.

Try this in K10
=A10&B10&C10&D10&E10&F10&G10&H10&I10&J10&K11
drag it till end J133
Note it doesn't pick the more than 1020 Length in a cell
try this if it gets your work some easy!!
