Converted Address Label PDF File to Text File and need to get it working in Excel

    Hi everyone,

I'm new on this forum, but I have an issue. I have a client who gave me a PDF file, particularly it is an address label style. There is no known files for such Word document using this address labels, so I'm stuck with that option.

I have already used PDF and converted them to text document. Now my text documents are showing all in lines.

So you get the idea, I have hundreds of people in this format in Notepad. I can copy and paste it in Excel, but it just becomes as one Collumn. I can't figure how to have it separate it in every 3 Lines? My Goal is to get it to be converted to make it work in MS Word 2007. I looked multiple options, nothing seemed to help online, nor in MS help.

    Thank you,
    Samuel

If the layout in the notepad files is like your uploaded example you could test the following.

In Excel click "Data" tab then select "From Text" -> click on file you wish to import -> "Import" -> "Next" -> "Next" -> "Finish"

    as target select A1

Having done the import you then run this macro to split info in blocks of 3 with a blank cell between each block.
