Deference Between Two Date and result in a year

Dear Excel Experts

I want To know how can i calculate deference between two date and the result in a year

Example : 1/1/2012 to 10/2/2013 and result must be 1.109

How do you get that result; 0.68 of a year is slightly less than 25 days, but there's 1 year and 40 days between the two dates you give, so the answer should be in the region of 1.1

Thank you for your interesting , but i want equation that can calculate the result in next column of two date A B ( C - contain the equation . is it possible ? without need for other column
