In desperate need of assistance - else need to do manually....

I have a data set where some information is across several columns for the same record.....Please see attached

I need a script etc to insert a row where there is data in coulmn j-m for a record and replicate coulmns a-g in the new row and move data from columns j-k and then do the same if data in l-m.... at the end of the script - remove coulmns j-m
    ExcelForumExample_1.xlsx

hard to explain but you can see example in attachment...

    TIA

    Hi.
    You could try thiscode.
I considered that if there are values in 'L:M' so there are values in 'J:K' too.
