Hi- hope all are well.
I am having trouble with these bloomin traffic light icons.... i have attached a spreadsheet to demonstrate the issue.
I would like to format cells c6 to p28 based on the following:
=>0% = green
<0% to -5% = Amber
<-5 =Red
Does anyone know how this works?

Select C6:P28...
Icon: Green
Value: >= 0
Type: Number
Icon: Amber
Value: >= -.05
Type: Number
