Collecting data from two cells in closed excel files - help please!!!!

Hi I'm trying to collect data from two cells W4 & X4 (always the same cells) and paste them into a new excel file. I need to collect the data in these cells from a few hundred closed excel files in the same folder. From doing a little research it appears that I'll need to use VBA that's not my strong point. I've attached the blank template that I want to extract the data from (W4 & X4), any help would be much appreciated....

I also need the new excel file to overwrite the old data every time so we catch all updates that will be saved with the same file name.

Hope this all makes sense but feel free to ask any questions if it doesn't
