Hello Everyone, am kind of new here....

I have been working on Data Extraction from one of the white pages , but the data's seems to be copied in row (A1:A275000) , Using Kutools i can Transform the range,, Like the details are A1: Intial Name
A2: Final Name
A3: Ph No
A4: Address
A5: State with Zip Code
This format i can work if all the details are in 5 rows , but sometimes respective details are 4 rows (ex: A1:A4) or 3 rows (A1:A3),,
Now the exact help am looking for is i want to separate rows with respective to numbers (mean 5 rows , or 4 rows or 3 rows) ,, After completion of each 5 rows there is a blank row containing (.............................................................) copied from web page,, as am not so much good in coding or macros ....
The Simple output am looking is separation of data according to numbers of rows distinctively,, (i.e 5 rows for each or 4 for each) ..
I have attached a sample in that first two details are in 5 rows and next two are in 4 rows and again fifth one is 5.. want to make separate like 5 in one row or worksheet.. 4 in one row or worksheet..
Kindly help me out with this ..

if u have done it one by one ,,, it will take more time,, have to apply for more than 2 lakh data's in one try..

Simply copy the formula towards down, it will work for all types 2 or 3 or 4 rows
