Got Cache making Timetable on Spreadsheet

I attached my excel sheet.

I got Lecture for HIT2080 in 10.30-12.30

So i merge the cell

All my course i make Drop Down list.

But before 10:30 ,

i got Lecture from HMS 111 which is 8.30-10.30


So how to put that into the My Timetable.

It seems is easy but i find is hard.

HMS and all of this its my subject code.
