I'm so frustrated and I'm in good company. Can see lots of people asking about this but have yet to find an effective solution.

I've set margins in Excel (2010) and after emailing it to a colleague, (some OS, save Xcel version), it appears fine in her Outlook window but when opened, the whole layout is different. I've got to get this fixed - multiple documents are waiting for me once I know how to solve this.
