Hyperlink/Anchor that navigated within document

Hi,

I need to create an anchor/hyperlink within my document so when clicked, it goes to different sheet within the document.

Ie:


Name1 data data
Name2 data data
Name3 data data

So Clicking on Name1 will open a new sheet that logs information only for that Name for the whole month

Name 1
Top1 Top2 Top3
1/2 Data data data
1/3 Data data data


and have each cell autofill from previous page for the whole month....

It's a lot to ask, but any help would be greatly appreciated!!
