Insert Column option grayed out.

Greetings!

I have seen a similar other threads, but was not able to resolve my problem.

Sheets / Workbooks are Not Protected. There is no macro. A simple gantt chart excel file with rows and icons + arrows.

I am unable to insert a column or Row in the file.

Any advise pls?
