Help! How to display Passport & Visa Almost Expired Dates to another Sheet

Hi,

Would like to ask your help or idea on this issue, i would like to display all the employee whose passport and visa is almost expired (30 days before expiry) to another
sheet. I have done conditional formatting highlighting both fields 30 days before expiry but i want to display the list on another sheet.

Sample Excel File is attached, all i want is a simple formula that can display to the PROGRAM sheet all the rows showing expired passport
and expired visa from the DATABASE Sheet.
