Make a Unique List from data table

I have a data table.
I want to get the unique names from data table to a new table according to ID number.

I need only a formula, NOT pivot table and MACRO.

in the attached file all explanations exist.

The easiest way might be with a helper column. (Hidden with the +/- grouping button)
In D5, Drag/Fill Down

I have changed your Named Range "ID" to make it dynamic.

Your solution is in two steps.
But I found a array formula which solves in one step.I prefer the shortest way.

No problem, I prefer to avoid CSE arrays where posible, they can be expensive, on larger sheets.
