Printing Question

Spreadsheet prints very small.It contains 7 columns and 14 rows but on an 81/2 x 11 sheet it measures 31/2 x 8.It is perfectly readable but too small.
What needs to be adjusted?

It seems to me that the "Scaling" in the print options isn't correctly set. Go to the print setup and look for SCALING. It is probaby set at less than 100%. Increas that setting as required to get satisfactory results.

Print setup [imac]is set at 100%. Does it have anything to do with any settings on Excel?

The setting should be in the Excel settings for printing. I don't use a Mac so can't be more specific.

I looked in Excel print settings but i really don"t see anything familiar.
