Combine multiple rows into one comma separated column

I screwed up and asked for help on someone elses similar question so I am reposting this as my own thread.

I have a list of companies and employees, if a company has more than 1 employee listed, I need to combine all instances of the employees into 1 row per company separated by a comma. I've looked through some of the examples posted, but my macro and vb skills are terribly rusty.

    Can someone please help?

New file attached to original post. The example tab is after the data has been combined into one row (highlighted cell), the other tab is before doing anything to it.

Do you also want the result on the same sheet, or different sheet?
