    Split multiple values in a cell to multiple rows

    Hello All,

    I am new to this forum, and wanted to know, if there is a way to split multiple values in a cell to multiple rows. example check the attached sheet, please suggest a macro/function with in excel etc. appreciate your help in this regard.

    You can do this with several steps but if you have to do this for more than a few cells VBA would be your best option. Because you original format have carriage returns in it you would fist need to replace those with something like =SUBSTITUTE(F11,CHAR(10),",") then you would copy and paste special values then text to columns to break up the numbers then copy paste special transpose to put them in one column. it looks like lots of steps but I did it much faster than I type this out
