Form Control Checkbox to checkmark other Form Control Checkbox/s

Hello everyone,
I am new to form control checkboxes (FCC).

I have 20 FCC that I can check independently, but also want the option of checking a MASTER FCC that will check or uncheck all of them with one checkmark. Is this possible with Form Control Checkboxes?
(I really dont want to get into Active X Checkboxes and macros until I learn the limits of Form Control)

I hope I understand this correctly: you have check boxes on a worksheet
that you want to toggle all to be checked or unchecked from one checkbox.
Does this code help? I have Excel 2003.

Thanks for the reply, but what you suggested wont work for two reasons: 1) It checks all of the checkboxes on the worksheet instead of the series I want it to check. 2) I am trying to learn if the option exists within the rules of form control checkboxes without using code.
If you have another way I would love to see it.
