Cant copy from one sheet to another and the Calender still function

When I copy a Calender from Sheet 1 to a new Sheet the Calender will not change years when I use the spinbutton...
    How do I fix this?

    djcobolt, welcome to the forum.

I've no idea why the spinbutton is not working when you copy the calender, but perhaps this will help - if you copy the whole tab, instead of just the calender, the spinbutton works as intended on the new tab. Holding down the Ctrl button, then left-clicking on the tab and dragging is a shortcut for carrying this out.

    Hope this helps.
    Brendan.

Glad to be here, thank you for the welcome. I think I will be sticking around for sure lol. new role at work has me living in Excel.

I tried what you suggested and the spin button does not function in the copied tab.

Were you able to get it work using this method?
I am using a MAC Office 2011 version if that makes any difference....
I wasn't able to drag it over but when I hold control and left click I get an option to move or copy>select tab>create a copy> DA (2) appears.
Down side is the spinbutton still does not function =(....

    WOOHOOO figured it out...
well not the copy paste not working but i fixed it.

I just needed to select the spin button and copy the format controls from the original button and it worked, i had done this earlier but forgot to input the increment.
I need to load these numbers into each tab but holy crap this is easier than what i would have had to do otherwise.

    Hey, glad you're sorted.

Just in answer to your earlier question:

Yes, it worked fine when I copied the tab - I confirmed this before suggesting you try it.

Maybe Mac Office 2011 is <<<HORRENDOUS PUN ALERT>>>.... a bad apple?! (Sorry!)
