Information Extract

Hi

I want to extract data from one sheet by searching by Department and copy onto sheet 2 as indicated under the field names. I have tried using Pivot tables and Vlookup functions but to avail.

I have attached a sample of the spreadsheet with data in it and on sheet2 the information I would like to see.

I appreciate all the assistance I can get in this regard.

Your solution help alot and much appreciated. Ideally I would like to extract the information my department by creating a list box and using your vlookup solution thich is perfect.

I believe you need data from sheet 1 to sheet2 and I already given you that solution.. and I did not found any "Department" there.. can you check?

Also, if you need some other help - update the workbook accordingly and show me your expected results. Thanks.
