Response deadline based on Business day.

Hi,
Can anyone please help me with the below query?
The response deadline is based on business hours. The business starts at 08 AM and Closes at 08 PM.
Saturday and Sunday are weekends.
While calculating the response deadline we should not consider the query raised after business hours.
The deadline is less than 04 hours.
Example:
Query received on “4/15/2013 8:00:00 AM”: The response deadline should be 4/15/2013 11:59:59 AM
Query received on “4/15/2013 8:00:01 PM”- after business hour: The response deadline should be 4/16/2013 11:59:59 AM
Query received on “4/13/2013 8:00:00 AM”(Saturday): The response deadline should be 4/15/2013 11:59:59 AM as the query was raised on weekend.

Hi Irfan,
Thanks for your help. This formula works fine. However what can i do to change the response deadline target. Here we have considered response deadline as 04 hours accordinly your formula is calculating it. What is response deadline is 12 business hours and 24 business hours.
