Conditioal Format based on a character within a text string

In Excel 2007, I need a Formula to Conditionaly Format cell A1 based on what the 15th character is within a string of alphanumeric text. i.e.

    GC-140-3-FBR0C5F6R785DF2D

So in this example if the 15th character in the string is the number 5, I need cell A1 to Fill Red.

    Thanks in Advance!
