    Help! Need to Filter Out Certain Zipcodes from Leads

    Hey everyone I am trying to help out a friend who has a list of say 60,000 people. Each row is a person whose info is broken up by columns with names like; name, address, phone, zipcode etc.

    The problem is this;

    I have been supplied with a list of around 7,000 zipcodes and need to essentially scrub the lead sheets against this and keep only the rows with a zipcode from the 7,000.

    I have tried a couple methods I thought may work, like advance filtering but I am not doing it correctly.

    Any help would be super appreciated!

    Re: Help! Need to Filter Out Certain Zipcodes from Leads

    Example One.xlsx
    Zip Example.xlsx
    Example Final.xlsx

    Ok so I think I did as asked and have uploaded/attached three files.

    File One is the "starting file" I used actual header but filled everything except the zip code with aaaaaa

    File Two is the zip code list I have been asked to use to identify which items in file one are valid for use at a company

    File Three is the desired effect

    Keep in mind that the actual file one is around 60,000 rows and the actual zip code file is around 7,000 rows

    Again any help is greatly appreciated! Also thank you so much for the quick response.

    Hi Aiolus

    Are these actually separate files or are they three worksheets within the file...or don't you care?
