    Toggling between datasets

I'm currently working on a spreadsheet for fantasy hockey. I'm working on a compare players page where I want to be able to type in a few player's names. I currently have it populating the name, position, yahoo player page, salary, and fantasy league owner.

I have numbers on several different worksheets that correspond to different player statistics for the past 4 seasons, for the 2009-2012 combined and 2009-2013 combined.

Each of these seasons has 3 different data sets.
    1.) Raw statistics
    2.) Per game ratios
3.) Per game ratios divided by the per game ratio of the best player in that particular category (these numbers are then added together to find which player has given the best statistical performance in that year)

I would like to be able to toggle between several different data sets within 2 different fields (side by side so I could compare stats). I would write an if statement with vlookups but the formula length would exceed before I even got done with the first season. Is there a way that I can do this or is it too complicated for excel to understand?

I'll include an example of what I'm trying to do here. (only 1 of the seasons and I cut out half the numbers and its only 20 guys but everything should function the same).

Maybe midnight is too late to ask for help on the excel help forums...
