Want to send grades for the courses to the students

Dear All,

Can you help me send the grades to the students with their course code and course name in which they have got grades on their email ID. I have attached the file with this mail for your help.

The email should be somewhat like this:

Dear Mr. ______
Your grades in this semester:
1. Course Code (for eg. HS 151) - Course name (Economics) is
2. Course Code (for eg. HS 106) - Course name (Economics) is
3. Course Code (for eg. PH 101) - Course name (Physics) is
etc.

I would be obliged if anyone can help me in this.
