Sales order form from a master product list

I believe this is fairly easy to do but for the life of me I can’t figure it out so I’m hoping the talented brain trust here can get me pointed in the right direction.
I would like to have 2 worksheets; first one would have all of the products I offer and the second one would show any line from page 1 with a quantity in it.
Sheet 1 would have a total of 5 columns; A=Quantity B=parts number C=part name D=list price E=comments. If I add any quantity to a row, it would add the first 4 columns of data to sheet 2 starting on row A15. Please see the attached. I believe if I can get the data to automatically go to the second page I can take it from there. The number of rows on sheet 1 will be several thousand if that matters.

    Example attached

    dawondr,

Here's one possible solution using formulas...as for adding the extra rows to accommodate orders above 8 lines, you can do this with VBA, but in my opinion it would be much more beneficial to redesign your spreadsheet to have the Scope of work and Total in another area and leave extra lines blank with the array formulas in order to keep the spreadsheet format the same for each quote...

This is absolutely perfect. Thank you very much. The reason I prefer not to move the scope section is that varies all the time from a few words to many many lines if complex but the amount of lines in the order are usually but a handful. My orders are a few parts with large quantities of those parts and then usually intense labor descriptions. Thank you for that suggestion and I really thank you for your help again this is great
