    Extract Data from one sheet to another based on criteria

    I have a sheet with following data
    .......A.......................B......................C................D
    Customer Name.....Nominal Amount......Quantity.....Total Amount
    Customer A
    Security 1..................46,000................10.............460,000
    Security 2..................30,000................25.............750,000
    Total Amounts...................................................1,210,000

    Customer B
    Security 1..................20,000................12.............240,000
    Security 2.................150,000................30............150,000
    Total Amounts......................................................390,000

    Customer C
    Security 1.................300,000................5...........1,500,000
    Security 2.................250,000................3..............750,000
    Security 3.................500,000...............14...........7,000,000
    Total Amounts...................................................9,250,000



    I need to extract the name of customer and Total Amounts that relates to each customer.

    Please Login or Register  to view this content.
    Copy the Excel VBA code
    Select the workbook in which you want to store the Excel VBA code
    Hold the Alt key, and press the F11 key, to open the Visual Basic Editor
    Choose Insert | Module
    Where the cursor is flashing, choose Edit | Paste

    To run the Excel VBA code:
    Choose View | Macros
    Select a macro in the list, and click the Run button
