    Copying the same value into an entire column

    Hi, how do I place the same value into all cells in one column in excel?

    Copy the cell. Paste where you want the copied cell. Click on the destination cell then Ctrl+Shift+down arrow, then Ctrl+D. This will fill the cells to the bottom of the column with the copied value.
