Sheet depending on Windows Date!

Hello colleagues,

I have a worksheet that has formulas depending on values of other worksheets. That sheet was built by a friend in Aug/2012. It doesn't work anymore and just give me "zeros", but when I change the date of my Windows to 2012 it works fine. Obviously that worksheet have some kind of protection or link to my Windows Date, and it is set up to work only if the year is 2012. I really need to remove this 'protection' to use in 2013 and beyond, whitout having to change the date of my windows every time.

Please help! My job depends on it!
