I went to move a sheet from one workbook into an existing workbook, but didnt click "create a copy". I closed my original file without saving it and the existing workbook lost data. But now I don't have the original tab to use. So I'm screwed.
Is there any way to recover this?

short answer...no
The sheet you "moved" is still in the original (you said you didnt save it?), so couldnt you just repeat the process?
1. Use code tags for VBA. [code] Your Code [/code] (or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
