Question Creating a list of cells that satisfy an argument

This is hard for an amature like myself to explain but I will give it a shot.

If I have a grid set up (like a map grid) on one sheet, I want excel to search through the grid and return a list of cells that satisfy an argument (preferably cells that are coloured red, rather than using text) on a second sheet. I would also like to be able to give the coordinates for each of the cells returned. Essentially something like the images below, as I have to do this on a much larger scale.

Im not even sure if this is possible on excel, I am still learning the extents of the program but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Creating a list of cells that satisfy an argument

Hi and welcome to the forum

1st, color is not data, it is cosmetics - excel cant "see" color, its just a tool to make things easier for us to see things

2nd, Please do not upload a picture of your file...rather, upload a sample of your workbook, showing what data you are working with, a few samples of your expected outcome is (manually entered is ok) and how you arrived at that. (exclude sensitive info)
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
    2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
    3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Ok Appolagies, My understanding was that excel could read conditional formatting or something like that but that is absolutely fine, I can use a number or text instead of color for my representation.

Have also attached a sample file with a small scale version of my problem and manually entered solution.

    GridScheduling.xlsx
