Is there any way to copy using "Visible cells only" and pasting it into a different worksheet in another file? It only seems to work when pasting within the same file.

Thanks but these only seem to work when I paste it into the same workbook. I need to paste it in a different workbook.
Surely it will work on other workbooks too... Please check
if it works for the same workbook it should work for any
remembering the said after the said solutions you need copy as the solution only highlights
Hmm I've tried it multiple times while I was at work and anytime I pasted it within the same workbook it works fine but pasting it in another workbook it pastes all cells, even the hidden cells. I will try again when I'm at work tomorrow and let everyone know what happens.
you will know if it has worked by the way it highlights and copy the selection
visible cells is distinctly different to normal
Hi guys,
I found the problem... When pasting it into a different workbook that was opened in a separate window, it doesn't work. It needs to be pasted within a file that was opened within the same window. I opened a new window because i wanted both excel files open at the same time without having to switch back and forth. Thanks for your assistance.
