Access a database online to get a yes or no if dues are paid

I have an excel file with 5,000 records (names, address, etc.) this is a database of members for an organization. I would like members to search this database online to see if their dues are paid. I do not want members to read the database only get a yes or no.

Hmm, there's a lot to go at here, especially since you obviously don't want people to be able to see your members list. There probably isn't a simple way of doing this without creating a simple website - tbh the easiest and fastest thing to do would be to have a look on one of the freelancing sites and see how much people would want to put together something for you. It's unlikely to be a lot since it should be fairly simple. and I think you can list your requirements for free on some of them

Offhand a simple solution would be to.....

Get a free website that allows using a MS Access database....preferably one that has .NET hosting and no ADS.

Create an Access database on your local machine that does what you want it to do such as.....

Member login screen ( which could and should be the user name that is stored in the database table containing the user and dues paid status.

Once the login is verified as a user (member) write code to pull the user (members) record into a form that displays the users name and dues status.

Just a general idea.
